From childhood, the notion that patience can alleviate all suffering has been ingrained, yet the sculpture challenges this conventional wisdom. Instead, it exposes the disillusionment that arises when one realizes that the promised relief is elusive. The artwork delves into the paradox that these words of wisdom, often wielded by others in a rush to achieve personal success, become a source of inner turmoil rather than solace.
