Within the visual narrative of “It has been Assaulted!” two abstract figures emerge\u2014one a representation of the physical body, falsely straightened and adorned in dark hues; the other, a symbol of the soul, contorted and twisted in ethereal white. The interplay between these contrasting figures encapsulates the essence of the artwork.
In the captivating dance of form and color, the soul grows fatigued by its body’s actions, an observer unable to guide or control. As the body repeats its mistakes, the soul becomes a silent witness, compelled to share in the solace of dreams, however fleeting and delusional they may be.
