Scan Love
Loving is the cure for all pain. Love of the universe and everything in it. Let’s scan love! In my culture, love (Eshgh- عشق ) rooted in the name of a plant named “Ashaage- ”عشقه (Hedera Helix/Ivy). The nature of this plant is to twist (encircle) around and up everything. When this plant furls around a tree, it covers up the entire shape of a tree and makes it a new look. The essence of this plant is to wrap around and stick. In the work “Scan Love”, I ironically use a bar-code that is a symbol of commercial but in this job, it appears in a new shape and it is a symbol of love. Ivies are crawling up the tubes and trying to change the normal appearance of a bar-code and change its shape. Bar codes are an essential part of modern trade. Today, commercial advertising is not based on customer needs but on creating demands. When needs arise, it is easy to target customers and produce products based on customer necessities. So first, the markets are created, and then the productions are made based on the requirements. This work is asking a critical question: Is there anyone who makes the need to love and be loved? Is there a place to preserve love in the glamour of a variety of products? Here is the site for the power of love and the manifestation of love in the tumult of the love of power, fame, and expansionism. This Ceramic Panel contains 86 pieces of upward pattern tiles that patterns are made with the Engobe technique.

Hello my dear, Soosan. I love your interpretation of love. However, love can appear in different times, different shapes, different manners, different gestures, and so on with a sudden shake and movement as you explain, the story of love in this artwork is talking about the people who are not willing to see these changes as a result of love. They even want to eliminate love from human beings and replace hate instead. They are just people who are looking for the love of power not the power of love!

Someone kills the beloved because of so-called love, and someone kills themselves because of so-called love. Which one we can trust! But, the story here is different. It’s about living with the love of others. And it’s about the power of love that can eliminate the people who are drowning in the love of power.

عشق را از عشقه گرفته اند و عشقه آن گياهي است كه در باغ پديد مي آيد.پديده رشد يك عشق و مهربانيست ،در كنار زمين سخت ريشه كه سخت و سفت مي كند عشقه پس رشد ميكند و خود را بر درخت مي پيچد وهمچنان رويش دارد تا كل و جمله درخت را فرا گيرد و انچنان در شكنجه و پيچشش ميرويد كه نم در ميان رگ درخت نماند و هر غذا كه بواسطه آب و هوا به درخت مي رسد به تاراج مي برد تا آنگاه كه درخت خشك شود.كه وي اين درخت انساني را در زمين عالم ملكوت مي داند كه عشق به او مي پيچد و نم بشري در آن نمي گذارد تا بعدا شايسته وصال حق و جاي گرفتن در باغ الهي ميشود . عرفا اولين آفريده را عشق مي دانند كه در مقابل فلاسفه را عقل مي دانند.
مولانا هم ميگه عشق قابل تعريف نيست.با همه تعاريف عشق واژه مقدسي است و باعث ارتقاء و ثبات ادم ميشود ميدانم كه قابل تعريف نيست اما جانكاه است دردي كشيدم كه مپرس بهترين تعريف است زهري كه نوشيدم نيز

چرا باید ذهن به سمت نابودکننده های عشق پیش بره؟
وقتی پیچک ها دارن بارکد که نمادمادی و تجارت هست رو عاشقانه میکنند چرا باید اینجوری دیده بشه؟؟
به من حس اینو داد که میخواین بارکد رو از کالبد مادی بودن دربیارید و عشق رو آزادکنید برای همین گفتم از یه روح درونی میاد .
ولی انگار اینجوری نیست…اره؟
اگر بحث بارکد نبود، میشد گفت عشقه با عشقش داره درخت (معشوق) رو خشک و نابود میکنه و.. ولی بارکد نماد تجارت و مادی گراییه و این گیاه خوب جایی نشسته تا روح بارکد رو بمکه و زیباش کنه با روح خودش که یک گیاه زنده هست.
چرا عشق باید کشنده باشه توی این اثر…مگه پیچکا کار درستی نکردن؟
درسته که یک اثر با دیدهای مختلفی دیده میشه ولی دوست دارم باطن کامل این اثر رو از دید زیبای خالقش بدونم .

ممنونم آرزو جان و سپاسگزارم بابت کنجکاوی و طرح سوالات. تلاش میکنم که مفید باشم. بله درست میگید. دقیقا میخوام پیچکها شکل بارکد را در خود حل کرده وروحی تازه به آن بدهند. دقیقا درست میگید. استفاده از بارکد کنایه ای بر سیطره مصرف گرائی است که آن هم زائیده ثروتمندانی است که به جز ثروت و عشق به قدرت چیز دیگری را نمیشناسند. سوال این است که چند درصد از روش ما در زندگی زائیده تصمیم شخصی خودمان است. به تعبیری چند در صد ما خودمان هستیم و چند درصد آنچه جهان پر زرق و برق، رسانه ها، افکار و عقاید دیگران میخواهند؟ و سوال مهمتر ، آیا سرمایه داری و قدرت میتواند عشق را تولید و در سبد خانواده قرار دهد؟ و جواب این است: نه. چرا که عشق در مقابل زرق و برق، مصرف گرائی، قدرت طلبی ، تعصب، جهل، و خرافه گرائی است.

When I first looked at your piece “scan love” the way that I interpret it would be that love comes with a heavy price. This is an interesting premise for your work Reza. There is almost a sci-fi quality to the idea of scanning to give or get love. At the same time I also see the beauty of the love ivy, imprisoned by the bars of the code.

Unfortunately, love is gradually disappearing in the chaos of today’s world. I want to say that love and lovemaking is the only way out of this chaos.
